This yarn is SO bulky. I used a 15.75mm crochet hook and I probably could have gone up a hook size if I had a larger one. Maybe it would work well for finger knitting or crocheting. It’s not an itchy wool. It is on the hairy side and sheds but, I also haven’t washed it yet. Customer service is impeccable. I have had more conversations about color and texture with the owner then I ever thought could be tolerated! If you have any questions at all, please ask the owner. She’s incredibly patient, kind and just a lovely person
